About the role

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Content Executive to coordinate and maintain Idoxs web presence. This is a hands-on role focused on updating and improving our websites and landing pages, ensuring they are visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Youll work primarily in WordPress and HubSpot, handling page builds, and layout adjustments to support marketing campaigns and business priorities. From refreshing existing pages to creating new templates, youll make sure our sites stay current, accessible, and optimised for performance.

This role suits someone who enjoys practical delivery, has a keen eye for design, and understands the importance of consistency and detail. Youll collaborate closely with the PR, Communications, and Digital Marketing team in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain Idox websites using WordPress and HubSpot.
• Build and edit landing pages, templates, and forms to support marketing campaigns.
• Ensure websites are visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimise pages for accessibility, SEO, and performance.
• Upload and format content, including text, images, and multimedia.
• Create and edit visuals for web pages and campaigns using design tools.
• Design with user experience (UX) and user journey in mind to deliver intuitive navigation and clear calls-to-action.
• Troubleshoot layout and functionality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the wider business and Agencies to deliver timely updates and improvements.

Experience and skills

• Proven experience working with WordPress (Avada theme experience is an advantage).
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS for landing pages and forms.
• Understanding of UX principles and ability to map user journeys effectively.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for styling and layout adjustments.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple updates and meet deadlines.
• Design experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar an advantage.
