What would you do? This role will collaborate with our account s internal clients/stakeholders and lead the creation, optimization and activation of campaign activities using our central engagement marketing platform, Adobe Marketo Engage. Specifically, to support all tactics/channels with which we go-to-market: email marketing, events (virtual, in-person), paid advertising/content syndication (including API connectivity with partners), web/content engagement, solution-specific nurture flows, telemarketing/teleprospecting, our lead management process, proper tracking/attribution, manually importing activities, custom landing page design, etc. In this role, you will partner with country/field marketers in all phases of our campaign framework including request submission/intake (using Adobe Workfront), requirements gathering, asset build-out, custom campaign flows/logic, testing, engagement tracking, scheduled execution and reporting/analytics. You will be working on Adobe Marketo Engage which is a marketing automation software that helps marketers master digital marketing to engage customers and prospects.

Preferred Skills: o Proven ability to work independently and as a team member; and ability to work under tight deadlines o Manage the relationship/budget with select vendors o Strong project management and facilitation skills o Ability to act as a trusted advisor and not always accept what’s requested; outside-the-box thinking/recommendations o Strong communication skills (over-communicating in this role is paramount) o Must display professionalism and confidence o Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills o Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various time zones o Willingness to support time zones that don’t necessarily align to the local time zone o Demonstrate the appropriate technical acumen/desire to operate in a highly complex, customized and powerful engagement marketing platform like Marketo o Ability to effectively operate and collaborate in a virtual work environment o Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365 CRM platform Qualifications: o 2-3 years of experience in B2B campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation. o 1 year or more of Marketo-specific experience. o Bachelor’s degree in business o Marketo Certified Expert certification is desired.
Certifications: Marketo Certified Associate (MCA) - Marketo
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Ability to support the following Marketo features/requirements: o Channels/tags/program statuses/program setup o Data management/optimization o Programs (including engagement programs, event and email programs) o Trigger and batch smart campaigns o A/B testing (emails and landing pages) o Real-time alerts o Manual campaign response tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters) o Cloning assets/programs o Replicating and understanding existing/pre-built program templates to support new requests o Snippets/segments/tokens o Standard analytics/reporting o Marketo Advanced Analytics (Revenue Explorer) o A solid understanding of our highly customized Marketo environment
