Summary: As a Content Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing content for marketing campaigns and programs, directing content strategy, and providing communications guidance to senior leadership and program teams. You will play a crucial role in shaping the content development process and ensuring effective communication strategies are implemented. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in content development. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop innovative content ideas to engage target audiences. - Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL). - Strong understanding of content development strategies. - Experience in developing engaging and impactful content. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Any graduate with overall 5 to 6 years experience in Learning Development field is required.Any graduate with overall 5 to 6 years experience in Learning Development field
