Role:

Were looking for a sharp and driven Content Development Executive to work on TV show concept developmentfrom early ideation to pitch stage. This role involves format and concept research, trend analysis in the Hindi TV space, audience insight mapping, and structured character development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research TV genres, formats, and audience preferences
• Track current and emerging content trends
• Develop characters, backstories, narrative worlds, and long-term story arcs
• Support writers and senior development leads with structured creative inputs
• Prepare concept notes, pitch decks, and reference bibles
• Critically evaluate incoming ideas and scripts

Required Profile:

• 13 years experience in content development, writers rooms, production houses, or TV channels
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Clear understanding of Indian TV storytelling
• Ability to assess concepts from both creative and market perspectives
• High content consumption with strong observational skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft tools and Canva
