Position Overview

The Content Developer will be responsible for creating innovative and effective learning content

for global clients. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts and design teams to develop engaging and high-quality training materials tailored for both online and classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

1. Learning Content Creation: Develop and deliver well-researched and innovative training content tailored to meet global client needs, ensuring relevance, clarity, and engagement.
2. Storyboarding: Design detailed storyboards for web-based learning modules and classroom training materials, aligning with learning objectives.
3. Course Structuring: Build structured and cohesive courses that adhere to client requirements, incorporating adult learning principles.

Collaboration and Research

1. Expert Interaction: Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights, understand complex concepts, and translate them into easily comprehensible content.
2. Content Analysis: Research, read, and analyze existing content and industry trends to enhance the quality of training materials for corporate learners.

Design Integration

1. Multimedia Conceptualization: Partner with visual design teams to integrate multimedia elements such as infographics, animations, and videos to enhance learner engagement.

1. Tool Adoption: Stay updated on and effectively utilize the latest content development tools and software to improve efficiency and output quality.
