Content Designer

What Youll Work On:

1.Designing social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, marketing posts)

2. Convert content outlines into engaging visual formats (carousels, static posts, banners)

3. Participate in content brainstorming sessions with marketing and growth teams

4. Proactively pitch design ideas that improve performance and clarify messaging

5. Supporting newsletters, blogs, and marketing content with strong design

6. Designing brochures, one-pagers, presentations, brand decks, and case studies

7. Building website banners, landing visuals, and SEO-friendly graphic assets

8. Iterating designs based on feedback and performance

9. (Occasionally) helping with wireframes or UI screens for web/mobile

If its visual, polished, and customer-facing, its yours.

What Were Looking For:

* 12 years of hands-on design experience

* Strong portfolio across: Social creatives

* Ability to simplify complex information into clean visual storytelling

* Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail

* Comfortable working fast in a high-ownership environment

* Someone who balances design + performance

Tools & Skills:

1. Canva and Figma

2. Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

3. After Effects (basic motion is a plus)

4. Bonus: Experience with Generative AI tools for design

5. Bonus: Interest in UI/UX or product design thinking
