Job Description:

To lead the development of content for all the digital touch points of the brand - Website, Social in liaison with creative agencies to ensure that content conveys the intended message to the customer for better buying decisions and increasing the conversion rate.

Process Contributions:

Marketing: Image / Video Creation:

1. Brief the vendors on the requirements in liaison with the brand team for the creation of the product video / GIF image for the digital Campaigns
2. Review the output created by the vendor to ensure that it communicates the message intended and is within the brand guidelines
3. Coordinate with the website administrator to upload the content on the platforms as per requirements.

Marketing: A+ Content for Product Launches:

1. Liaison with the marketing team to understand the specifications and features of the product.
2. Develop the description of the product based on the brief gathered to ensure that the content communicates the intended message.
3. Garner required approvals on the content and liaison with the website administrator in the upload of the same.
4. Develop the A+ content for each SKU integrating product descriptions, rich images, narratives, etc. to adjunct customers to make better buying decision and to boost the conversions.
5. Analyse the results of A/B testing to determine the best content layout based on the conversion and undertake necessary actions based on the same.

Work Experience

Education: Graduation in an aesthetic related field (NIFT or NID)

Relevant Experience: 3 -4 years of experience in content creation
