Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, creating engaging content, staying updated with trends, and building a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
• Shoot, edit, and publish reels, videos, and posts
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends
• Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement
• Collaborate with the city teams and marketing team for campaigns and promotions
• Track content performance and optimize based on insights
• Work with influencers and creators for collaborations

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or content production
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of social media analytics
• Experience in lifestyle, community, or hospitality content
• Understanding of content trends and viral formats
