Role overview:

We're looking for a highly creative content creator who can produce compelling, high-performing content for Instagram and YouTube. Someone whos as comfortable in front of the camera, as theyre behind it! Youll play a key role in building our brands social presence, using insights and trends to craft content thats fresh, engaging and uniquely LoveLocal.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate and execute content for Instagram (reels, stories, posts, UGC-style content) and YouTube (shorts + long-form).
• Script and shoot videos that bring our brand voice to life.
• Be a social native - doomscrolling is your favourite hobby
• Produce high-quality videos: planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Use analytics to measure video performance, identify trends, and optimise content strategy.
• Run experiments across formats, hooks, and narratives to improve retention and engagement.
• Research trends, sounds, formats and competitor content to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Coordinate shoots at local kirana shops and with real retailers to bring authenticity to videos.

Requirements:

• 24 years of content creation experience
• Solid portfolio of reels, shorts and long-form content - your Instagram profile can be a strong enough indicator
• Strong understanding of analytics (Instagram insights, YouTube studio).
• Strong communication skills and storytelling instincts.
• Good to have - experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
