Job Description: Meme Creator (Junior / Senior)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Meme Creator to develop and manage engaging content for third-party pages. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and audience behavior, along with the ability to align content with strategic communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create relevant, high-engagement memes aligned with the clients tone and objectives.
• Manage and publish content on third-party social media pages.
• Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with campaigns, announcements, and key public dates/events.
• Track trends, viral formats, and pop-culture moments to create timely content.
• Coordinate closely with internal design and content teams, as well as external stakeholders, for approvals and alignment.
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and improve reach.

Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Education: Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years (3+ years preferred) in meme creation, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
• Quick turnaround time and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be locally based in Jaipur.
• Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.

Skills

• Strong creative thinking and sense of humor.
• Excellent grasp of current trends and internet culture.
• Basic knowledge of content analytics is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
