Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creation of financial contentfrom idea generation and research to publishing and iteration
• Create compelling, accurate content on markets, investing, economics, and money for digital-first audiences
• Break down complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable insights
• Take ownership of specific content themes or channels (e.g., blogs, social media, newsletters, video)
• Stay on top of market news and trends to create timely, relevant content
• Experiment with new formats, storytelling approaches, and distribution strategies
• Work closely with founders, marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals
• Use data, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve content quality and reach

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 35 years of experience creating content in finance, markets, fintech, media, or related domains
• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and economic fundamentals
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong sense of audience and tone
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup, fintech, or high-growth digital environment
• Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems
• Experience with video content, scripting, or on-camera communication
• Curiosity about new tools, AI-assisted content creation, and emerging content trends
