Content Coordinator

Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd . is urgently hiring for the post of Content Coordinator .

Location : Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of content production, managing workflows, schedules, deadlines, publishing and team communications.

Act as the primary point of contact for all content-related coordination and communication between internal teams and external agencies.

Conduct first-level quality checks to ensure accuracy, brand tone, and compliance before publishing.

Conduct first-level review and proof-read all the content across various formats (static, carousel, videos, mailers, infographics, one pagers, brochure, ppts, website, thumbnails, social media captions, description, titles, etc.) across various brands (Prudent, FB, FB Broking, etc.) and dimensions to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance before publishing

Check the design consistency and formatting across various brands, formats and dimensions

Ensure that all designs and content are in compliance with regulatory standards and strictly adhere to brand guidelines and tone.

Coordinate and follow up with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of all the deliverables and publishing of creatives and posts.

Coordinate with internal teams to collect inputs and data, and share the same with external agencies required for deliverables

Coordinate with internal departments for inputs, approvals, and feedback.

Circulate approved content to the internal team, partners and clients through mailers/whatsapp/etc.

Assist in executing / Assist with basic content creation for topical, campaign-based, occasion-specific posts and festival greetings

Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.

Optimize content workflows and manage distribution channels.

Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), and ensure content is organised and easily accessible for future use.
