RealtyNXT is looking for a high-energy Content Creator who is confident in front of the camera and deeply interested in Indian real estate, infrastructure, PropTech, and ConTech. If you can research, script, speak, shoot, and package content that people actually want to watch, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Be the face of RealtyNXTs video content across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Research real estate, infrastructure, PropTech & ConTech stories in India

Write sharp, engaging video scripts (short & long format)

Conduct and lead interviews with industry leaders, founders, developers & experts

Shoot, edit, and package videos with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling

Collaborate with editorial and social teams to build high-impact content IPs

What Were Looking For

Comfortable and confident speaking on camera

Strong research and storytelling skills

Solid understanding of the Indian real estate & infrastructure ecosystem

Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)

Knows how to create scroll-stopping thumbnails, captions & video packaging

Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of content formats

Bonus If You Have

Prior experience in business/news/real estate content

Hosted podcasts, interviews, or explainer videos

Understanding of SEO, YouTube growth, or LinkedIn content strategy
