Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contact Center Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee the operations and performance of the contact center, manage a team of sales representatives, develop training programs, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, monitoring KPIs, optimizing processes for better efficiency, coaching team members, and fostering a productive work environment.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in team leadership, coaching, and training sales representatives
  • Proven ability in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills and expertise in handling customer interactions effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience in managing a contact center or a similar sales-driven environment is highly desirable
  • Saturday and Sunday will be working with one rotational off per week
  • 4-9 years of experience
