Accountabilities

Major Activities

Annual budgets / P&L simulations/ Scenario planning / Business Partnering

1. Work closely with business leadership teams to drive the financial/strategic goals for the organization using data driven analysis
2. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
3. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
4. Partnering with business teams to set the annual budgets of their respective channels and monitor financial metrics monthly
5. Raising violations for various underwriting ratios w.r.t boundary conditions on monthly basis, finalizing actionable and ensuring implementation of actionable

P&L analytics, MIS & Reporting

1. Prepare management reporting packs for timely reviews with actionable business insights
2. Deep dive into analyzing the Operating expenses
3. Quality check of payment grids basis the guidelines
4. Any other payout related activities

Compliance & Controls

1. Implementation and adherence of the business processes and controls
2. Interacting with Auditors, fulfilling information requirements and reconciliations
