Domain: Consumer banking with knowledge in card processing & operations; familiarity with major networks/platforms (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, AmEx).
Requirements & Analysis: Elicit and document business + technical requirements; convert into functional/non-functional specs, data models, process flows, user stories. Creation of BRD/FRD's.
Solution Delivery: Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business needs and comply with industry standards/regulations.
QA & UAT: Plan/execute quality assurance and user acceptance testing, own defect reporting and resolution.
User Enablement: Deliver training/support and troubleshoot issues related to card systems and day-to-day operations.
Operations & Risk: Monitor performance, availability, and security of card applications; escalate incidents/risks as needed.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across business, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Tools: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working (backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, UAT coordination).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
