Consulting Specialist

We are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven all-rounder to work directly with the Founder on strategy, finance, analytics, and execution across multiple high-growth ventures (e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, marketplaces).

Strategy & Business Planning

• Build and own business strategy, GTM plans, and growth roadmaps
• Market sizing, competitor analysis, pricing & margin strategy
• Identify new opportunities, expansion ideas, and cost optimizations

Finance & Unit Economics

• Own unit economics, P&L modeling, and cash-flow planning
• Scenario analysis (best / base / worst case)
• Support fundraising, investor decks, and data rooms
• Work closely on capital allocation and burn optimization

Data & Analytics

• Create weekly/monthly dashboards (growth, margins, CAC/LTV, ops KPIs)
• Analyze funnel metrics, cohorts, and performance drivers
• Convert raw data into clear founder-level insights

Execution & Founder Support

• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Ops, Growth, Tech & Finance
• Track OKRs, initiatives, and execution milestones
• Act as a problem-solver / owner , not a coordinator
