Experience: Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity / IT Consulting Sales


Compensation: 7.2 LPA 12 LPA

(60,000 1,00,000 per month, based on experience and relevant exposure)


Role Overview


We are urgently looking for a Consulting Sales Executive - Cybersecurity & Pre-Sales who has hands-on experience in selling security consulting services and supporting pre-sales activities. The role requires a strong understanding of consultative selling and the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.


This is an individual contributor role focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities for Cybersecurity and Security Consulting services
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Handle pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution mapping, and proposal support
  • Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Risk and Compliance teams
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Coordinate with internal consulting and delivery teams for solution presentations
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business


Required Skills & Experience - Must Have


  • 4 - 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / IT Consulting Sales (Mandatory)
  • Exposure to pre-sales or solution-based selling
  • Understanding of cybersecurity consulting services such as: VAPT, GRC / Compliance, Risk Assessments, Security Advisory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience handling B2B or enterprise clients


Good to Have


  • Existing client or industry network
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC, Cloud Security, or enterprise security frameworks
