Job Description
Individual must have 13 to 15yrs of overall experience for this position.
He/She must provide leadership and guidance to the project team while implementing and delivering complex consulting projects ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.
Individual must ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. Provide direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influence decisions at the management level of customer organizations. He/She ensure Oracle deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.
