Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Merchandising and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves overseeing consulting projects providing strategic insights and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Lead consulting projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.Oversee the development and implementation of merchandising strategies for clients.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve client business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Mentor and guide junior consultants to enhance their skills and performance.Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize client outcomes.Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.Manage project budgets and resources effectively to maximize profitability.Identify and mitigate risks associated with consulting projects.Continuously seek opportunities to improve consulting methodologies and practices.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.Have a minimum of 11 years of experience in consulting with a focus on merchandising.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.Show proficiency in data analysis tools and software.Display strong leadership and team management capabilities.Have a proven track record of successful project management.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.Exhibit strong client relationship management skills.Be detail-oriented and highly organized.
Certifications Required
Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
