Work youll do

The primary role of a Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities as a Consultant within the firm:

SAP Operation CM CC Professional should have:

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the SAP CC/CM systems to ensure availability, performance, and data integrity.
Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CC/CM configurations, integrations, and performance.
Perform regular system health checks and performance tuning activities.
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Document operational procedures and configurations.
Provide training and support to end users and other team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Should have 0-5 Years of experience
Proven experience in SAP CC/CM operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SAP CC/CM configuration, administration, and monitoring.
Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solutions is a plus.
Strong knowledge on Database/SQL, Unix and Shell scripting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed for system maintenance and support.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of other SAP modules and systems integration is beneficial.
