Job Summary
As a Consulting Analyst specializing in Networks you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing network systems to enhance business operations. Education Domain: (2U)
- Experience in consulting-oriented roles in education industry, business/strategy, process or technology areas
- Good understanding of key education and publishing business processes in domains /sub domains such as Content, Assessments, Rights & Royalties for K12 and HigherEd segments
- Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, use case scenarios
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
- Break-down an epic into user stories to be consumed by the Dev & QA team
- Experience of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne
- Acts as a liaison between the business teams, SMEs, project management and the technical team members
- Able to drive requirements related discussions independently
- Can document as-is and to-be processes
- Can work with the Product Manager to define the product roadmap/backlog
- Understanding of the feature prioritization frameworks
- Experience working in large deals and business pursuits
- Understand the industry trends, business imperatives, strategic growth areas and underlying technology trends.
- Superior English oral and writing skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Confident, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
- Possesses great analytical skills
