Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing data providing insights and supporting decision-making processes to drive business success.
Responsibilities
Analyze business data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic decisions.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data from various sources.Develop and maintain data models reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation checks.Assist in the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to improve business processes and outcomes.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and Property & Casualty Insurance.Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems.Work closely with IT teams to ensure data systems and infrastructure support business needs.Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess a bachelors degree in a related field such as Business Economics or Data Science.Have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis preferably within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Demonstrate proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL Excel and data visualization software.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey complex information.Display a strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Have experience working in a hybrid work model and the ability to manage time effectively.Be a team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different functions.Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems.Have experience in developing and maintaining data models reports and dashboards.Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to contribute to process enhancements.
