- At least 6+ years of overall experience working in CRM technologies, and 10+ years of overall experience
- At least 3 – 5 years of dedicated work experience as a business analyst / functional consultant in implementation and management of business automation solutions within the space of CRM – Sales / Marketing / Service in any one or more of the following technologies: Salesforce.com, MS-CRM
- Candidates with at least Admin certification in SFDC is a must if Sales Force candidate. Additional consultant certifications will be an advantage. If MS, then MS-CRM certification is desirable
- Good process understanding of core CRM processes and associated metrics, e.g. lead-to-customer progression, omni-channel service management, etc.
· Experience with requirements gathering and allied documentation (requirement specification, functional specification, User stories, as-is process, to-be process, gap analysis, user / training documentation etc.)
- Knowledge of the agile implementation methodology. Certifications like CSM / CSPO will be an advantage
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with both technical audience and business users
· Experience of working in an onsite-offshore model with flexibility to adapt working hours depending on client location
· Proficient in presales activities and allied documentation – presentations, collaterals, POV decks, proposal response documentation etc.
