Consulting- ET&P- SAP PM -Consultant

SAPPM Professional should have:


Deliver a product /service /solution within constraints (schedule, features / functionality, and budget)
Execute projects utilizing established standard project management methodology including planning, scheduling, monitoring and managing projects through the entire systems development lifecycle, while ensuring time, cost and scope meet the commitment
Perform project cost estimation and create individual project proposals and estimates
Administer project budgets , quality control provisions, and continuously seeks out opportunities to reduce operations costs.
Apply lessons learned, determine project approach, define project R&R, secure staffing, ensure training, lead project planning, perform project tracking
Mentor project members, promote good working relationship, make things happen
Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor and stakeholders
Good to have PMP certification
