The Consultative Sales Executive will act as the first human touchpoint for prospective clients. The role is to understand investor concerns, build trust, organize demos/strategy calls, and guide prospects toward the right advisory plan using an empathetic and consultative selling approach.
This is NOT a pressure-selling or tip-selling role. The focus is on helping clients feel safe and confident about their investment decisions.
- Contact inbound/warm leads generated via ads, webinars, content, and referrals
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand:
- Investor experience level
- Financial goals
- Fears, objections, and past market experiences
- Qualify leads based on intent and suitability
- Schedule and confirm strategy calls or demos with qualified prospects
- Coordinate calendars, reminders, and follow-ups
- Attend or conduct demos.
- Explain SIHO Researchs advisory process clearly and honestly
- Set correct expectations (no false promises or guarantees)
- Match customers with the most suitable advisory plan
- Handle objections calmly and empathetically
- Close sales ethically and confidently
- Assist clients with onboarding and next steps
- Coordinate with research and operations teams
- Ensure a smooth and reassuring post-sale experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
- Ability to explain financial concepts in simple Hindi/English
- Consultative, relationship-first sales mindset
- High integrity and ethical approach to selling
- Experience in stock advisory, wealth management, or fintech sales
- Basic understanding of equity markets and long-term investing
- Experience handling working professionals as clients
- Aggressive or pressure-based sales professionals
- Tip-selling or guaranteed-return mindset
- People uncomfortable discussing money fears and emotions
- Target-only closers with low regard for customer trust
