What youll be doing...
Our customers trust us to help them work quicker, smarter, and more securely using our technology solutions. We take that trust seriouslyand thats where you come in. Youll develop, implement, and communicate our Physical Security and Crisis Management requirements. In todays fast-paced, changing environment we are constantly under security threats. The work youll do is critical in safeguarding both our business and our customers.
Establishing, implementing, and communicating physical security standards, policies, procedures, and tests.
Providing analytical and technical support to solve a wide range of complex security issues and to support projects within a product or functional area.
Conducting security reviews to identify risk and non-compliance, and ensuring the on-going protection of assets and sensitive customer information.
Collaborating with key partners and international counterparts to identify areas of risk, develop controls, and track security risk areas and mitigations for non-compliance.
Providing updates and presentations to senior management and legal on security issues.
What were looking for...
You understand the importance of physical security for companies and their customers, and appreciate the magnitude of the risk of emerging security threats to their reputations and businesses. Identifying risks or gaps in controls, and analyzing and solving complex problems comes easily to you. You have a knack for conveying difficult messages to people at all levels, and you are willing to take a stand on important issues. Youre self motivated and you work well independently and with teams to achieve outstanding results.
Youll need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Maintaininggood liaison with local law enforcement.
Carrying out investigations and formulating professional investigation reports.
Carrying out emergency management, predictive intelligence and crisis management.
Excellent knowledge about physical security, electronic security and risk management.
Carrying out EP, Safety, Training and Audit.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Professional certifications such as CPP, CBCP, PSP, professional certification.
Experience with a broad range of security solutions to address complex control scenarios.
Project management and experience with risks associated with global operations.
Experience in physical security reviews and dealing with varying levels of user groups, senior executives, and technical personnel.
Attended training and security conferences, chairing forums, writing security/technical books and/or similar web content.
