Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proficient with Delphi 10.X development hands-on.
- Experience with migrating Delphi applications from earlier versions to the latest versions.
- Understanding of web APIs, web services, and DLLs.
- Knowledge of database handling and integration within Delphi applications.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Design, create, and implement Delphi VCL systems based on the end user's requirements.
- Fix any issues related to Delphi VCL and provide corrective measures.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively in short sprint cycles, delivering high-quality results.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including managing project builds and deployments.
- Capable of working independently on complex functionalities and providing technical support to the team.

- Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills essential
- Ability to work in a distributed team environment
