Consultant – Service Now Developer

Responsibilities

·       Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development.

·       Participate in solution discussions and contribute to user story creation.

·       Collaborate with Business Analyst, Architect and Technical Lead.

·       Code/configure technical solution as per requirements.

·       Perform Unit testing, resolve defects identified in Unit testing.

·       Develop features, bug fixes and write various Server-side and client-side scripts

·       ServiceNow Integrations using Spokes and custom API with external tools.

·       Manage Production support tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform

·       Work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills)

·       Stay current with new and updated capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform

·       Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform across the organization

·       Assisting in troubleshooting effort

·       Monitor and review patch / release issues
