Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be translating the design concepts and requirements into simpler implementation level details & designing and developing Java backend of applications.
Collaborate with product owners to create and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform code reviews and check code coverage to ensure the modularity and quality of the code and application.
Understand and implement of security and data protection.
Work independently with limited or no handholding.
Responsible for troubleshooting issues found during development and providing necessary resolution.
Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white board.
Seed and provide feedback on design and development.
Develop various pages and integration with various systems.
Experienced with Struts 1.0, JDBC, HTTPClient, Gitlab, Oracle DB.
Mitigating security vulnerabilities found during security scan by concerned COE teams.
Support for user acceptance tests and system tests.
Review checklist creation and code review
Preparation and deployment to production, deployment to go live, and postproduction support, as well as bug fixes and the correction of any new or existing issues.
