Role**: Kafka Developer
Required Technical Skill Set** : Kafka
Must-Have :
1. Confluent Kafka
2. Kafka connect using schema registry
3. Kafka brokers
4. KSQL
Good To Have:
1. KStream
2. Kafka Control center
3. zookeepers
4. Java/J2EE
| Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role |
| Design and develop Kafka Pipelines. |
| Perform Unit testing of the code and prepare test plans as required. |
| Analyze, design and develop programs in development environment. |
| Support application & jobs in production environment for abends or issues. |
| Develop operational document for application like DFD , ICD ,HLD etc. |
| Troubleshoot Production issues and provide solution within defined SLA. |
| Prepare RCA Document of Production issues |
| Provide permanent fix to Production issues. |
