Job Description:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules

Implement and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI policies

Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Manage user roles, groups, access controls, and data security

Perform system upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements

Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide support

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure best practices, platform governance, and performance optimization
