Consultant Specialist

1. Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU), with strong capabilities in machine learning for transformative solutions. A solid foundation in data modeling is essential, as it underpins the development and optimization of advanced algorithms.
2. Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, R ) along with a solid understanding of design patterns and both relational and NoSQL databases.
3. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
4. Familiarity with one of major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
5. Experience with open-source frameworks like Spring, React, and Vue.js.
6. Ability to rapidly set up Proof of Concept (PoC) environments using cloud and container technologies to test research ideas.
7. Experience in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams and adaptability to evolving project objectives.
8. Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions through academic projects or research publications.
9. Experience in training and fine-tuning large language models, or developing applications related to AI Agents, is a plus.
