Consultant Specialist

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Extensive IT background with ideally 5 years of strong Broadcom and Trellix knowledge with proven experience in supporting agents on Windows and MAC OS endpoint infrastructure in large enterprise environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting Trellix & Broadcom DLP products.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Trellix ePO
• Excellent knowledge of Windows server and desktop OS (Windows 10 & 11).
• Effective and clear communication skills (written, oral and listening), with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner depending on the audience.
• Strong sense of ownership & urgency, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, flexibility, sense of vigilance & adherence to all compliance procedures & policies.
• Knowledge of Service management techniques including incident, problem, change, release management
