About the Role

We are seeking passionate and technically skilled professionals to join the Innovation team at the Deloitte. Working very closely with Deloitte Indias Strategy Office and Agentic AI CoE, youll prototype AI-powered platforms, digital products, embedded systems and productivity tools that drive real business change. Expect rapid learning, mentorship from industry leaders, and the freedom to push technological boundaries while delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Prototyping

• Build, test, and iterate on prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions across innovation zones (Agentic AI, GenAI, Digital Studio, etc.).
• Develop applications and tools using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Contribute to the design and development of MVP architectures for scalable platforms.

AI & Emerging Tech Integration

• Run early-stage experiments in advanced AI technologies, including GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG agents, LLM agents, knowledge graphs etc.
• Implement, fine-tune, and optimize GenAI models using effective context engineering techniques.
• Contribute to building production-grade autonomous agents and workflows using open-source and platform-based Agentic AI tools (e.g., LangChain, Neo4j, Azure Foundry, Bedrock).

Collaboration & Experimentation

• Work closely with designers, domain experts, and senior engineers to co-create innovative solutions.
• Participate in ideation sessions, technical workshops, and client demonstrations.
• Continuously experiment with new and emerging technologies across diverse tech stacks.

Documentation & Maintenance

• Document code, architecture, and technical processes to support knowledge sharing and scalability.
• Maintain, enhance, and iterate on existing prototypes, demos, and production environments.

Preferred Skills & Technologies

• Programming & Application Development: Python, JavaScript, React, Nodejs, Angular
• AI/ML & GenAI: Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face), Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Chunking, Context Engineering techniques
• Agentic AI: Exposure to agentic frameworks and orchestration tools like Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI, or similar
• Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms and services - Azure, AWS, or GCP
• AI Coding & Developer productivity tools: Cursor, Github Copilot, Codex or Claude Code
• Relational and Vector Databases: Postgres, SQL/SQLite, ChromaDB and vector databases
• Data querying: Experience with SQL
• Tools & Practices: Git, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, Agile methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 14 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or emerging tech prototyping
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
