Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultants and Sr. Consultant with 7 to 12 years of experience in Scrum and CX-Scrum Master / Project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards and Payments domain or BSF domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive project success and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
· Lead Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Oversee the implementation of Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
· Proficient and experience in managing projects.
· Project management skills
· Proven track record of IT delivery across numerous large projects
· Co-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones
· Experience of managing development of enterprise application using Agile methodology.
· Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT

· Ensure projects/production incidents are completed to the client's deadlines and specifications.
· This involves organizing and managing the plan which is quite critical.
· Coordinating, preparing scheduling for Fire Fighters on roster basis.
· Constant coordination and communication with the customers/clients.
· Allocation of incidents to the right team members.
· Prioritise the incidents.
· Coordinate with the POD Lead and report the status at regular intervals.
· Project Management tool – Clarity
· Facilitate meetings to drive out tasks, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from business and IT stakeholders
· Understanding of Credit Risk principles.
· Handling the scrum projects with Jira, scrum ceremonies and delivery
· Keeping track of budget and schedule for the project lifecycle
· Manage monitor and report progress, issues, and dependencies, risks to the global program management, internal stakeholders and steering committees.
Qualifications
· Must have extensive experience in either Project Management or Scrum and CX-Scrum Master.
· Should possess strong domain knowledge in BFS domain preferably in Cards and Payments.
· Should be proficient in Agile methodologies and best practices.
· Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
· Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
· Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Should have strong problem-solving skills.
· Must have a customer-centric approach.
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong technical aptitude
· Willing to work in shifts based on the project need.
· Maintain a good rapport with stakeholders and delivery teams
· PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent Certification
· Certified Scrum master or equivalent certification on Scrum master
· Proven record of managing complex IT projects.
· Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective.
