Youll be at the heart of the action, understanding business needs, designing solutions, and guiding the implementation of SAP systems that make a real difference. Whether youre focusing on a specific SAP module or working across multiple areas, youll get the chance to grow your expertise, collaborate with diverse teams, and be part of a team that delivers solutions with lasting impact.What Youll Do:Collaborate with Clients: Youll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals. Then, youll design SAP solutions that address their needs and help them achieve better efficiency.Design & Implement Solutions: Youll be responsible for configuring SAP systems, from gathering requirements to helping clients go live with their new solutions. Youll design and configure SAP modules that make their operations smoother and more effective.Customization & Configuration: Every client is different, so youll customize and configure SAP to meet their specific needs. Youll make sure the system works in the best way possible for each client while following best practices.Work on Projects: Youll manage parts of the project, ensuring everything stays on track, within budget, and meets the clients expectations. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure the project runs smoothly.Train and Support: After the SAP solution is live, youll help train users so they can get the most out of the system. Youll be there to provide support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Keep Improving: Were always looking for ways to make things better. Youll identify opportunities for continuous improvement within SAP and help clients get the most value from their systems.What Were Looking For:Experience: Youve got at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP, whether thats through implementations, configuration, or ongoing support.Expertise in SAP Modules: You know SAP like the back of your hand. Youve worked with one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP HCM, etc.). Experience with S/4HANA is a bonus.Consulting Experience: Youve worked directly with clients to understand their needs, designed solutions, and guided them through the implementation process.Problem-Solving: Youre great at breaking down complex problems and coming up with practical, effective solutions that make business processes run better.Collaboration: You love working as part of a team, whether it's with clients, business users, or other consultants.
