Work youll do

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

Job Summary:
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant with 3- 6 years of experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) to design, develop, and implement cloud-native solutions that enable digital transformation for enterprise clients. The role involves working with SAP BTP services including extension suite, integration suite, analytics, and database & data management services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications and extensions on SAP BTP using tools like CAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and SAP HANA Cloud.
Build integrations leveraging SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP cloud solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
Troubleshoot and optimize SAP BTP applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and developers.
Stay current with SAP BTP innovations, cloud trends, and best practices.
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and client presentations.


Required Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

3- 6 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services: Extension Suite (CAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma), Integration Suite, and SAP HANA Cloud.
Experience with cloud-native application design, microservices, and container orchestration.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
Agile development experience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in client engagements.
Mentorship and team leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Certified Development Associate SAP BTP Extension Developer or similar certification.
Experience with SAP Cloud SDK, API management, and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
