Reporting Structure

Reports to Senior Manager SAP

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

Experience/Qualifications

1. B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / Msc.IT OR CS / MCA with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in any programming language
2. Basic programming knowledge in Java, C, C++, Python, or any other language.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Willingness to learn SAP ABAP through structured training.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Industry

Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization

Responsibilities

1. Develop technical skills in SAP ABAP programming.
2. Work on SAP modules for custom development, debugging, and performance optimization.
3. Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand business requirements.
4. Assist in developing reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
5. Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.

Certifications (preferred)

SAP Certified – SAP ABAP

Employment Type

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of Five years, extendable by mutual consent
