AbouttheRole
Wearelookingforaproactiveanddetail-orientedThird-PartySubcontractingSpecialisttosupportoursubcontractingprocess,withakeyfocusonmanagingexternalvendorrelationships,shortlistingsuitablecandidates,andonboardingthemintoourinternalsystems,includingSAPFieldglass.

Thisroleiscriticalinensuringweefficientlyengagequalifiedthird-partyprofessionals,whilemaintainingcompliancewithfirmpoliciesandsupportinginternalstakeholdersincludingseniorPartnersandDirectorswithhighresponsivenessandprofessionalism.

KeyResponsibilities

ShortlistVendorProfiles:Reviewandevaluatecandidateprofilessubmittedbyexternalvendorstoensurealignmentwithprojectrequirementsandqualitystandards.
OnboardinginFieldglass:Managetheend-to-endonboardingprocessforsubcontractorsusingSAPFieldglass.Ensuretimelysetup,documentation,andsystemaccuracy.
StakeholderManagement:Workcloselywithsenior-levelstakeholders(Partners,Directors,andEngagementManagers)tounderstandresourceneeds,timelines,andprojectfit.
VendorCoordination:Serveasakeypointofcontactforthird-partyvendorsregardingcandidatesubmissions,clarifications,andfollow-ups.
Compliance&Documentation:Ensurealldocumentationiscompleteandcompliantwithinternalpolicies,legal,anddataprotectionregulations.
ProcessOwnership:Managethefullsubcontractinglifecyclefromrequisitiontoonboarding,contractcompliance,andperformancefeedback.
SystemandReporting:Track,update,andmaintainaccuraterecordswithinFieldglassandotherinternalsystems.Generatereportsasneeded.
ContinuousCommunication:Maintainclear,professional,andtimelycommunicationwithallstakeholderstoensureaseamlessprocess.


RequiredQualifications&Experience

Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,HR,SupplyChain,orarelatedfield.
35yearsofexperienceinsubcontracting,staffingcoordination,orvendormanagementpreferablyinaprofessionalservicesorconsultingenvironment.
ExperienceusingSAPFieldglass(orsimilarVMStools)foronboardingandvendormanagementisstronglypreferred.
Provenabilitytohandlehigh-levelinternalstakeholderswithconfidence,clarity,andprofessionalism.
Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskillswiththeabilitytobuildrelationshipsacrossalllevels.
Highlyorganized,responsive,andcapableofworkingindependentlyinadeadline-drivenenvironment.
Strongunderstandingofthird-partyriskmanagement,compliance,andcontractingprocesses.

PreferredSkills&Certifications

PreviousexperienceworkinginorwithaBig4firmorsimilarglobalprofessionalservicesorganization.
