Job Title: Consultant Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Job Type: Full-Time Travel: As per project requirement.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables modules, strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay/Order to cash processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables solutions, order management and Receivables solution.Configure and implement Oracle Fusion modules such as Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Accounts Payable, order management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Participate in design workshops, solution design, documentation, and testing activities.Provide end-user support, conduct training sessions, and resolve functional issues.Support data migration, integrations with third-party applications, and UAT.Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and best practices.Work with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces development.Required Skills & Qualifications:35 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C modulesHands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Purchasing, SQM, Supplier Portal, etc.) and Order ManagementGood understanding of P2P/O2C cycle and financial accounting impact.Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud Certification in Procurement/Order Management or Financials.Experience with Oracle Fusion Expenses and integration touchpoints with other modules.Exposure to tools like OTBI, BIP, or FBDI.
