DLP -ConsultantSkills required:DLP (Forcepoint) / Data Classification (Microsoft AIP / TITUS / Klassify) / CASB (Netscope)Manage and administer data inventory tools and provide operational reports to the management teams.Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive enterprise-wide data protection strategy forward (e.g., risk-based application inventory, data classification, access and encryption controls, data discovery\monitoring, etc.)Work to identify and manage data protection risks that will drive improvements to the enterprise-wide data protection strategy, policy, processes, and tools.Hands-on experience in DLP, File/Email/Endpoint encryption, Data Classification, Data Discovery, and Data Masking solutionsWorking knowledge & experience withPublic Key Infrastructure(Certificate Management, Cryptography)Should have design, implementation & operations experience with at least 2 technologies hands-on experience.Knowledge of IT security and privacy risks and best practice controls across multiple technologies and processesWorking knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, or ISO 27018, SOC security and privacy principles and provide practical examples of their application across the technical domains.Experience working in "Cloud\SaaS\PaaS\IaaS Data protection solutions Infrastructure and Business Applications architectures ` the ability to address the unique security considerations of secure Cloud computing.Expertise in data security and privacy best practicesExpertise with manual and automated security toolsExperience implementing and driving the adoption of compliance tools.Excellent communication skills and organizational acumenExperience with established and/or emerging compliance programs (GDPR, etc.)Ability to implement corrective action plans to support ongoing and current engineering efforts.Ability to work with highly sensitive data.Hands-on experience with Linux and UnixBuilds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact.Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills.Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.
