Brief about the Team

The Medical Affairs team at Tata 1mg is responsible for ensuring accurate medical information, regulatory compliance, and effective communication between the company, healthcare professionals, and consumers. Their key functions include scientific communication, medical education, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). They work to ensure product safety, promote effective use of medications, and support evidence-based practices. The team collaborates across departments to maintain trust and uphold healthcare standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide teleconsultation services to employees for general medical queries, health concerns, and preventive care.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions remotely, offering recommendations, prescriptions, and follow-up care where necessary.
• Review and assess medical records, lab reports, and other health-related information provided by employees.
• Advise employees on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and lifestyle improvements.
• Refer employees to specialists or physical consultations as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions, medical advice, and treatment provided via telemedicine platforms.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
• Assist in promoting wellness programs and health initiatives within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid medical license to practice (as required by local laws and regulations).
• Prior experience in telemedicine or teleconsultation is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain medical concepts clearly and compassionately.
