Job Title:Power Platform Developer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Power Pages, Power Apps, and leading successful go-lives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform while ensuring security and compliance standards are met, especially for external-facing portals.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Pages and Power Apps solutions aligned with business requirements.
Lead and support go-live activities ensuring smooth deployment and user adoption.
Understand and address platform-specific nuances, constraints, and best practices for optimal performance.
Implement security and compliance measures for external-facing portals, ensuring data protection and access control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform applications.
Document technical designs, development processes, and deployment steps.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages and Power Apps.
Proven experience managing and delivering go-lives for Power Platform solutions.
Solid understanding of platform constraints, limitations, and best practices.
Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for external-facing portals (e.g., authentication, authorization, data privacy).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with custom web application development (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
Familiarity with Power Automate and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
Experience with Azure services related to Power Platform (e.g., Azure AD, Azure Functions).

Desired qualifications

Education:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience:3 to 5 Years.
Communication skills:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective internal and external interaction
