Vigilancia is a boutique research firm providing high-stakes intelligence for law firms and investors. We are looking for a street-smart, resourceful communicator who can go beyond desktop research to uncover the real story.

• Investigative Calling: Conduct primary research calls to gather "human intelligence" from industry sources. You must be comfortable navigating gatekeepers and building quick rapport.
• Market Monitoring: Keep a pulse on current market trends, corporate fraud, and ESG risks to provide context for investigations.
• Reporting: Distill complex, fragmented findings into clear, well-structured, academic-style reports for global clients.
• Case Ownership: Lead projects from initial research to the final strategic briefing.
  

• Street-Smart: You are a natural "detective" who knows how to find information, identify hidden links, and solve problems creatively.
• Great Communicator: You enjoy the "art of the ask." You are persuasive on the phone and sharp on paper.
• Academic Background: Open to degrees in Journalism, English, Mass Comm, Economics, or Law . We value critical thinking and writing skills over a specific business degree.
• Business Savvy: You understand how the commercial world works and stay updated on global news.
• Experience: 13 years in journalism, primary research, or risk consulting.
  

INR 5.0 5.5 LPA + Performance Bonus. Leveling is based on your investigative intuition, writing quality, and ability to handle high-stakes calls.
