What Youll Do

• Lead a small audit team on various projects, ensuring everyone stays on track and feels supported.
• Develop clear SOPs, conduct Risk Assessment & Control Mapping (RACM), and handle Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Review existing processes and suggest ways to make them stronger and more efficient.
• Communicate your findings in an easy-to-understand way and help others act on your recommendations.

What Were Looking For

• A professional credential such as B Com, M Com or MBA Finance & Accounts, Inter CA.
• A genuine interest in helping teams learn, grow, and do their best work.
• Comfort with guidelines and standards that help protect organizations.
• Having Internal Audit Experience will be added advantage
