Position- Consultant - Instructional Designer

Experience- 5+ Years

Key Skills:

Good grasp of Gen AI and proven ability to use AI tools such as Gemini, Chat GPT, Bard, etc. to generate high quality content and instructional design deliverables such as Content Outlines (DCO), design documents/Instructional approaches and storyboards for developing online training solutions based on set Instructional Design Standards.

Have sound knowledge of Instructional Design Theories and apply this knowledge to design various training solutions. This includes ability to research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for developing Web Based Training (WBT/CBT), Instructor Led Training (ILT and vILT) and Blended Learning programs.

Ensure adherence to set standards, processes, and timelines

Excellent in articulating and communicating ideas, concepts and queries with the larger cross functional teams

Efficiently coordinate and share feedback on the developed online course for the larger cross functional teams

Work with the client's Lead ID to create the training material on various technical and non-technical topics by following the standards and processes

Coordinate with client PMs and internal teams to ensure timely project deliverables

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Highest quality content creation

Perform thorough self-reviews

Strong time management skills

Sound knowledge of MS Office
