Job description:

Must have:
SME Linux (specially RHEL) administration and Satellite.
Extensive hands-on experience on ansible playbook development.
Experience in Ansible automation platform/Automation hub.
Python/Bash shell scripting experience.
Experience in RHEL hardening based on CIS security guidelines.
Experience of repository hosting platforms like Github, bitbucket.
Out of the box thinking.
Troubleshooting/debugging/Open mindset.
Learning attitude.
Very good communication skills.

Good to have:
Experience in Veritas Infoscale.
Experience in any other language like Perl/Ruby/Go/Jinja etc.
Understanding of CI/CD pipeline.
Scrum/Agile way of working experience.
Basic knowledge on tools like Jira/Confluence etc.
Basic understanding of DBs like, Oracle, Postgres, MariaDB.
Knowledge on virtualisation, specially OpenShift.
Understanding of cloud environment like AWS, Azure, Google.

Years of experience: 8+

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
