ENIOUR CLOUD ENGINEER Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Operation Project Support Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Operation Project Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of cloud operations tasks, including but not limited to:

• Cloud Shell and Scripting: - Utilizing Azure Cloud Shell, G Cloud Command Line, PowerShell, and Bash scripting to automate manual tasks, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): - Managing user accounts and permissions within Azure and GCP to ensure the security and access control of cloud resources.
• Cloud Backup Solutions: - Monitoring and implementing native snapshot and restore processes using Cloud Native Backup Solutions.
• Backup and Recovery Management: - Creating and managing Recovery Vaults, defining backup policies, and scheduling snapshots to safeguard critical data.
• Azure AD and gcloud API: - Working with Azure AD App registration and GCP APIs to integrate cloud resources and streamline operations.
• Storage Management: - Creating and managing storage accounts in Azure and storage buckets in GCP, including the implementation of storage lifecycle policies.
• Load Balancers and Application Gateway: - Managing and troubleshooting Cloud Internal and External TCP, UDP, and HTTP load balancers, as well as Azure Application Gateway WAF.
• User Account Management: - Utilizing Azure AD and G Suite to create and manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring a secure and efficient user experience.
• Cloud Networking: - Managing Cloud Networking, including VPCs, VNets, subnetting, IP addressing, public IP allocation, and Traffic Manager configuration. -Troubleshooting issues related to express routes, interconnects, Cloud Routers, and VPN connections.
• Cloud Native Firewall: - Working with Cloud Native Firewall solutions such as Azure NSG and Google Native Firewall, configuring firewall rules and tags, and troubleshooting networking and firewall issues.
• Hybrid Cloud Networking: - Troubleshooting issues with hybrid cloud networking solutions involving Third-Party Firewalls and Network Virtual Appliances (NVAs).
• Load Balancer Configuration: - Creating and updating HTTP rules, listeners, health probes, frontend IPs, backend pools, and NAT configurations.
• Logging and Diagnostics: - Fetching Cloud Operations activity and diagnostic logs, as well as metrics, to facilitate troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Health Monitoring and Alerts: - Generating health metrics and setting up alerts using various notification channels like email, SMS, Stackdriver, and Azure Monitor.
• Cloud Resource Assessment and Migration: - Conducting assessments and migrations of on-premises VMs to Azure Cloud, GCP, and facilitating cloud-to-cloud migrations.
• GCP PaaS, Serverless, and GKE: - Setting up and configuring Google Cloud Platform services, including Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings, serverless compute solutions, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters.
• Project Management and Collaboration: -Collaborating with project managers to ensure the successful execution of cloud projects. - Drafting Statements of Work (SOW) for new projects, outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Resource Management: -Managing project team resources, ensuring that team members are appropriately allocated and have the necessary skills for project success.
• Solution Design and Customer Engagement: - Designing and suggesting solutions to customers, providing expertise in cloud architecture and best practices to meet customer
