Job description:

Technology Stack: Oracle Identity and Access Manager, Java
8+ years of experience in IAM with minimum 5+ year of experience in L3 level of support in Identity and Access Management
Oracle Identity Management L3 SME
o Configure Role Association Type as per the defined policy
o Debug incidents related to user identity provisioning / de-provisioning
o Debug incidents related to user account reconciliation
o Debug issues related to Delegation of approvals and workflows
o Responsible to apply latest Hotfix / Patches
o Responsible to produce RCA for problem tickets related to user provisioning / de-provisioning, user account reconciliation, delegation of approvals and workflows
o Responsible for Knowledge Transfer from the incumbent
o Responsible for verifying the IDM specific configurations like rules, connectors, policies and other prerequisites documented by project / pre-live team for production release
o Ensure the appropriate monitoring exists on IAM components and continually maintaining the uptime of the environment.
o Raise a support request with product vendor support team for possible product bug
o Upgrade of Microsoft Identity Management and associated components.
Oracle Single Sign On (Access Management) L3 SME
o Ensure centralized policy creation with sufficient management and enforcement.
o Debug the issues related to user authentication, authorization, session management and Single Sign On
o Responsible to apply latest Hotfix / Patches
o Responsible to produce RCA for problem tickets related to user authentication, authorization, session management and Single Sign On
o Responsible for verifying the configurations related to realm (resource filter), rule, response documented by project / pre-live team for production release
o Raise support request with product vendor support team for possible product bug.
o Ensure the appropriate monitoring exists on IAM components and continually maintaining the currency of this
o Upgrade of OAM.
Experience in technologies such as Java / J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS and Linux
Good understanding of Change Management and release management process
Ability to review existing deployment architecture and document-and-propose target deployment architecture
Strong analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills
